**OFFICIAL STATEMENT** PLEASE SHARE - Fighting Chance Promotions found out about a suspected injury to Travis Dickinson on Monday and have been assessing the situation to determine the extent of the damage. We have had Travis with several Olympic Standard physios and Sports Injuries Clinics all in an attempt for him to be fit and ready for Saturday. However, until the inflammation and swelling recedes, what at present is a suspected stress fracture of the ankle, will not be known as yet. The whole Fighting Chance Promotions team are completely devastated of having to pull out of the MaxiNutrition final and British light heavyweight title fight, however, the welfare of any athlete is the most important thing. Further announcements will be made in the near future as we aim to keep Hennessy Sports in the loop and look to rearrange the title fight with Bob Ajisafe. We apologise to any and all of the supporters going to the final and Travis, although frustrated and upset at having to withdraw, will be back with you very soon.
