OH! HOW WE MISS THE WARM BALMY DAYS AT THE SANCTUARY IN THIS PICTURE ! Today the weather is minus 11 degrees and we are hunkered down, trying to keep the animals safe and warm. All 46 of them in 2 buildings. As you probably know our outdoor (potty kennels) roofs collapsed and the heating bills are very high. We ran out of laundry supplies, and I had to make a personal run to Sam’s Club and stock up. Donations are at a standstill, most likely due to Tax time and weather. We are doing our best to survive, however we need your help. Please make a monthly donation to the sanctuary so we can continue our Mission and Vision and go forward to save more animals. AND help us maintain the animals that will most likely live out their entire life here with us. We have now saved 342 animals – please help us continue to provide the care they deserve – because no one else cared – we do – you do, “others” did not.. and “others” let them down – “others” simply threw them outside or dumped them into a kill pound. Please do not be like the “others” and donate for their ongoing care surrounded with gentle loving hands, home, and hearth. AND REMEMBER TO KEEP “CHANCE” Our Sanctuary mascot in your prayers – he still greets all that enter here – but his health is slowly failing. It breaks our hearts but he is not in pain.
