OH NO.....went into the Arizona Room the other day and PHWEW!!! There was some musky scent emanating from the heater vent and the cats were going totally crazy fussing at at the duct. Called the exterminator assuming it was a ground hog.....ah, no. It is a raccoon weighing at least 30 pounds who has made his happy little home under the Arizona room. The insulation is totally ripped down and there is racoon crap RIGHT BY THE HEATER/AIR CONDITIONING UNIT hence the stench. Called the exterminator and since raccoon crap is totally toxic to humans, they need to trap him, rip down all the insulation, sterilize the site (which is the entire underbed of the Arizona room), reinstall the insulation and put a deep gate so they cant get back in......I tell you, this house is built on an Indian burial ground
