OILY REFLECTIONS 12/30/14: So, apparently my kid sister, - TopicsExpress

OILY REFLECTIONS 12/30/14: So, apparently my kid sister, Shantel Weaver, gave Corri a cold. (Thanks, Shantel. :/ ). We put on her feet, one drop each of Thieves, Lavender, and Raven for the phlegm, runny nose, and easy breathing (respectively). Once every couple of hours. We diffused them as well, during her naptime, and over night. After the feet application, her cough subsides within 20 minutes. :) With the upcoming new year, its time to get back into the swing of things, oil-wise! Regular fat/fungus bombs for Molly, and cholesterol bombs for me. En-R-Gee will be a staple for me at lunchtime, a drop on the back of the neck to perk me up for the afternoon (when I always get so tired). NingXia Red with breakfast to start the day, and lemon water with every meal. Of course, its also that time of the year for new diets. For myself, I am aiming to cut my bedtime snack out completely, have more proteins for breakfast (eggs, peanut butter) and veggies, and limited dairy and grains. A veggie at every meal, with small fruits (or home-made applesauce, got tons of that). And only water will be my beverage (filtered, of course). I also need more exercise. Ill be doing a little bit in the morning, to get the blood flowing before morning prayers and devotions (which I really need to get back to). A nice walk will be good for me, once a day (maybe have a family walk). Lots to think about and do, and oils to speed things along. :) God bless, Destry
