OK, I have been working with my gluten free sourdough starter and am definitely pleased with the starter itself, however still need to work on a few of the recipes for what I am wanting to use it for. The starter itself was quite simple equal parts flour and filtered water every morning and night for a week. I used brown rice flour to keep it gluten free. After a week use just feed once a day. I have been using 1/4 c. flour and water and this has given me plenty to work with. Today I put the starter into the fridge and will only have to feed it once a week now. Still tinkering with the bread recipe, had the best waffles this morning we have ever eaten! Will continue to use in various recipes to find my favorites.
