OK, I have just tried something for the first time. Back when we first started with doTERRA, we werent really sure if you could use EOs as a sinus rinse. Today, there are SO many recipes out there. I went on vaca last week and came down with what started as allergies to the local pollen, progressed to sore throat, then congestion...well, you get it. Id been using the normal saline rinse neti pot and just now I used this recipe: To address infection and symptoms (medium): · 2 drops Lavender · 2 drops Melaleuca · 2 drops Rosemary Apply topically with a cotton swab inside the nostrils or mix the above with a cup of warm water and, using a Neti pot (nasal irrigation device available at most drug stores) irrigate the nasal passages. Whew EEE...does that ever clear your sinuses! I can breathe! and now its working on killing those buggers up there (natural antibiotics).
