OK. I have to speak on this, even though I was avoiding it. First off let me start with, I pray for peace and comfort for Holly Bobos friends and family. This is a excruciating time for the family and friends of this pretty girl that we have all learned so much about over the last 3 years. WE have all grown to love her, and have hoped for the best, her safe return. To the family and friends of Holly, I am so very sorry for your loss. Now with that being said. Ive seen some still accusing the brother, ready to hang Zach Adams and everything else. Dont get me wrong. I want him to pay if he(Adams) did it. But lets wait till everything is out in the open before we place judgment. We have to have all the facts before that can be done. Lay off the brother for Gods sake. Unless he is deemed a damn suspect again you have no right to disgrace that family in this excruciatingly hard time. Lets take a moment to look at the facts. You can not assume anything at this moment on what role he (Adams) took in this. Because 1st off its a SEALED 1st DEGREE FELONY MURDER CHARGE. This particular charge is there for a reason. If you look up the definitions, which I have so gratefully provided at the bottom of this here rant, you will see that the likely hood of him having accomplices in this matter here at hand, is HIGHLY likely. Why else would they be so tight lipped? It may not have been Adams, it could have been one he is close too and he knew something. This could be to protect him from whoever actually did it, and to get a testimony. Once again, these are theorys and im not scared to say that. Im not going to scream and shout I KNEW IT! Until all the evidence is laid out in front of us. The investigation is on going. They will not comment on anything because, to quote one of our dear officials in this matter We have came to far now, to mess this up. It has taken 3 years and countless man hours to get to this point even. There is also the fact that when he (Adams) was being arraigned he looked at the cameras an stated Why are you taking pictures of me? Im not the one that did it! SO, think on that for a moment. Can you safely say, with a clear conscious, I know he did it? No, you can not. Why do I say that? Because they are not done with the investigation, they have a sealed indictment. You know only what you where told, that he has been charged with a Sealed 1st Degree Felony Murder charge. SEALED being the key word here. Im not saying put your noose up. Im just saying dont be a band wagon jumper. Because you can not with a clear conscious convict anyone just yet. Because, we have no other info to go on other than 1 charge and tight lipped officials. LET IT COME TO LIGHT!!! Because, it will. When the FBI, TBI, State and Local officials have everything lined up you will be told because face it. This is a HIGH profile case, to the point Zach Adams is in protective custody in a small jail, outside of Decatur County, with hardly no damn inmates so they can keep him safe from anyone that might want to harm him before he can be judged!!! And by anyone, I mean inmates included. Honestly, he would end up dead before trial if he was in Madison Countys jail, by an inmate most likely, same for Memphis or Nashville. Because yes, even a lot of convicted felons have morals when it comes to some things. They could be in for beating the hell out of a guy (for many reasons, some for as simple as protecting a loved one) or something as simple as robbery, but have a moral aversion to Murder, kidnapping and whatever happened. We have seen news reports of what happens to Child molesters, rapist, and others inside. And everyone is hot to judge at the moment with the recent developments. But I assure you, this is far from even getting started good. This Indictment is only the beginning of what could be years of court battling and appeals. With that being said, here are the definitions I promised in case you are to damn lazy to actually look them up yourselves. Which, by Definition a Felony Murder is: Definition from Nolos Plain-English Law Dictionary. A rule that allows a killing that occurs in the course of a dangerous felony, even an accidental death, to be charged against the felon as first-degree murder. felony murder doctrine n. a rule of criminal statutes that any death which occurs during the commission of a felony is first degree murder, and all participants in that felony or attempted felony can be charged with and found guilty of murder. A typical example is a robbery involving more than one criminal, in which one of them shoots, beats to death or runs over a store clerk, killing the clerk. Even if the death were accidental, all of the participants can be found guilty of felony murder, including those who did no harm, had no gun, and/or did not intend to hurt anyone. In a bizarre situation, if one of the holdup men or women is killed, his/her fellow robbers can be charged with murder. In most states, first-degree murder is defined as an unlawful killing that is both willful and premeditated, meaning that it was committed after planning or lying in wait for the victim. - See more at: criminal.findlaw/criminal-charges/first-degree-murder-overview.html#sthash.dsyqS1Lb.dpuf
