OK day 3 of my official juice diet. Check out Puraorganic.org they deliver everyday 7 difference juices to take every 2 hours. So far very good, stomach not bad but otherwise a lot of energy. Feel I want something solid and trend to clock watch when not busy so not bad. No real weight lose yet but will post each day, today 86.3 kgs yesterday 86.7 so we will see. Played golf yesterday walked 10+ km and no energy loss just a little dizzy but was very hot and sunny 33 degree Celsius, did weights and swam today read all good. Only normal food was a bowl of soup and a couple of pieces of bread day 1. See what happens in the next 3 days but on it for 10 days.
