OK, dear friends and krewe. My daughter MAY be in need of suggestions and information/ideas for a small project for her reading class. She has to do either a craft, essay, power point presentation (8 slides), or tri-fold poster presentation on a science fiction author or even tv show writer. She is not allowed to duplicate any author that has already been chosen by her classmates. We compiled a short list of names as ideas. 1. Neil Gaiman (Cybermen episodes of Dr. Who was the thought behind this) 2. Orson Scott Card (Enders Game) 3. Isaac Asimov 4. Robert Heinlein (Stranger in a Strange Land...her own teacher brought up this book, so if no one has done this author, I bet her teacher will let her do this one) 5. Phillip Pullman (Golden Compass...not sure if this one will be considered) 6. Russell T. Davies (for the most obvious reason.... my daughter is a Whovian after all and...TORCHWOOD!) 7. Gene Roddenberry - if this one is chosen, this is where I would request your assistance!! And finally.... by my suggestion....and I would be thrilled if it would fly...but I would definitely like the authors personal assistance... THE Rob Cerio. So.... thoughts?
