OK everybody..lets get ready for the next #30daychallenge starting Monday Aug 11th! Rules as follows, you can add good carbs back into your diet, limited rice(preferably brown rice) stay with lean meats,fish,chicken, limited lean cuts of steak,ground chuck lots of green veggies,water(lots),no soda,no fruit juice,lots of fruit,find protein,oak bars,healthy bars or snacks you like and were increasing our daily workout tomes to at least 45 minutes!! Lastly were adding a cheat meal NOT CHEAT DaY!!!! So pick a day of your choosing & lets get it!! I would say good luck,but I dont believe in luck!! So lets Mk the necessary changes & get the right mindsets to change our lives #beaccountable for self & post meals & workouts......thank you!!!
