This investor has been buying these gorgeous homes for grate values, renovated the homes and renting these home for very little. The average rent is $0.75 per sf, which would offer you a 2000 sf property with half acre land for $1500 a month. He offered to exclusively offer about 40 homes for the community should we have people interested to move there. The area is located about 15 miles from existing Chabad centers and many other Jewish institutions. The idea would be to use existing Mosdos in the beginning.
