OK.. let me put Mr Museveni´s state of the nation address in a lay man`s language. He said Uganda has developed in technology,by this he was refering to the men who hacked into Uganda Revenue Authority systems and stole 3billion shillings,He went ahead to say young men are earning alot through ICT,sure,he was refering to those who create fake Facebook an email accounts to con people. About putting money in Agriculture,he was probably reffering to Jeniffer Musisi´s grass in the city,this one am not so sure. There is no doubt about Industrialization, you have all seen the many sackets of waragi from different companies in the city
