OK, so I just got my maintenance bill for the timeshare we have in the Berkshires (due in January). I have all the paperwork on it, it is paid off (except yearly maintenance fee). I will cover the ownership transfer fee and half of this years maintenance fee if someone wants to take these (2) units over. I can give you our account number, phone number and any paperwork to review. Theres just no need for us to have so many units.
