It tells the story of a very popular Burger place that was shut down when a developer bought the property 20 years ago. The hotel was never built and the property became nothing but weeds. - Last week the Boardwalk on El Camino in Los Altos closed ... they did great business, but the newspaper reported that the new landlord wanted to improve the building. - Years ago Town and Country Center kicked out the Cookbook restaurant even thought Mr. Kim had a terrific business. On the last day the restaurant was full with well wishers and Mr. Kim got a standing ovation from over 120 patrons. - More recently Hobees in Town and Country lost their lease because the center owners wanted something new. - As many of you know, the Milk Pail is also in danger.
