OKAY, my FB friends who cook. I tried cutting off the end of fresh corn and I microwaved it 3 minutes...sure nuff, the corn just slid out with very little silk. I cooked one ear 1 minute longer and it came out clean. I took a bite of the corn and it was delicious but either tough or not done. I love to cut fresh corn off the cob and cook with butter, salt, pepper and garlic and I put corn in saucepan and let it simmer about 15 minutes. What do you do if you want the corn to come out done???
