OKLAHOMA HAY MARKET REPORT Hay trade and movement slow. Demand mostly light to moderate despite continued cold temperatures and fairly heavy supplemental feeding. Dairy inquire extremely light as most have alfalfa needs well covered. Lack of moisture is a continuing concern not only in terms of fire danger but subsoil moisture levels very low in most areas. Many growers are now saying they will hold on to hay in anticipation of more demand later this year.
