When I met an accident victim who was seeking help as he is bleeding profusely and I decided that it will be waste of time if ambulance will not arrive in time, I put him in my car and rush him to the hospital. Due to the traffic jam in the morning, I met a on duty police traffic constable who was manning the morning traffic and I immediately requested for help to escort me to the nearest hospital. He wasted no time and radioed for help, jump onto his big police bike and with siren blaring , we managed to reach hospital in a speed record time. The man was saved by the doctors in GH. So the truth is ANYONE IN AN EMERGENCY CAN REQUEST FOR POLICE HELP.
