OMG A German company has totally surprised me...... My wonder machine had started to make right racket, smelled like smouldering, so I phone CS to find out procedures as still under guarantee, 2 years with MIELE vacuum cleaners, very nice lady at CS asked to listen to noise over phone, asked for proof of purchase to be submitted, which I did via scanned receipt and emailed it to her, she dispatch a box that very afternoon, it was with me next morning, collected my appliance next day, Thursday pm. And I just took delivery of my trusted MIELE friend and my hall carpet and small living room have had a clean already.... All done and dusted while I was out at dog show enjoying myself...... MIELE customer Service and Repairs you are SUPER STARS...... now for bedroom to be attacked...... as it has a secondary carpet of black dogs fur.....
