OMG! How happy am I to be off for the next two days! So much to do... Still cleaning and housework are definitely the better of the two options! LOL! That said... I have a serious holiday rant. SANTA DOES NOT BRING PUPPIES. And if I hear it said... I could seriously lose my shit. Santa does not give puppies. Puppies as gifts is bullshit. Puppies are a LIFELONG COMMITMENT. Under mo circumstances should puppies be given to an unsuspecting person who is not ready to financially handle the obligations of a puppy, who is not ready to make that promise of a long life that will include damaged property, housebreaking obligations, veterinary visits, food costs, restricted schedules, saftey and security, illness.... The list goes on. Holiday puppies frequently end up in shelters, tied out in back yards or dead from lack of proper care, vaccinations, feeding and safe guards. Santa does NOT give puppies. Because Santa hates puppies ending up in shelters or living on backyards or dead because someone wasnt ready to commit!
