OMG, does anyone else have an 8th grade boy they could just skin alive? I swear, I started reminding him weeks ago that the semester was closing soon and he better get on those (too many) missing assignments. I patiently sat with him & he wrote down every zero in power school, for every class. Then early last week I printed out for him each classs grade summary. And we talked again over the weekend about this being the last week. I look today, and he STILL had a SHIT TON of missing assignments!!!!! Its taking CRAZY control to not kill him. Im not even yelling - Im too pissed for that. If you see my son tomorrow and he looks strung out, malnourished & sleep deprived, its because Im not letting him leave the office until its all done. *My guess is hell have to get up from the desk chair and walk out to the bus stop at 6:40 tomorrow morning. I swear, I WAS NOT GOING TO drink tonight.......
