OMG i am so cross i cant believe how difficult wightlink are making it for people with mobility issue to leave the island!!!!! i have to make my booking then phone another line to book the lift !!! and then im told as ive booked less than 48 hours before i want to travel i may not even be able to get on my booked boat as the lift car space may be full !!!! I also then have to go through gracies medical history with them, what she has how far she can walk, can she care for herself!!! as wightlink staff wont be able to care for her!!!!!!!!! i am so cross right now i think i will be sticking to red funnel from now on .........
