ON CRITICISM OF THE APC IN THEIR CALL TO SHUT DOWN GOVERNMENT I do personally do not consider anybody or any party true democrats and progressives in Nigerian politics. It does not matter whether it is PDP or APC or whatever acronyms they call themselves. We all know our political parties are not based on any political or ethical ideology. They are all parties based on just getting into power and hence the wealth of the country to empower party loyalists. Personally, as a voter and politically-conscious Nigerian, I am always at a loss which party to join (with sincerity and purpose) or individual to vote for, because they are all the same - selfish, unpatriotic, greedy, unprogressive and corrupt. However, a same statement made in FRONTIERS NEWS Editorial that undemocratic credentials of APC, as the party is a conglomerate of odd characters and undemocratic elements, as well as former coup plotters who over-threw democratically elected governments in Nigeria, equally, or even more, applies to the ruling PDP.
