Chaumes has an aromatic soft golden rind and a pale yellow, creamy pate. The smooth, supple and rather springy texture is complemented by the rich, intense and full bodied flavour of the cheese. Its taste can be described as complex, leaving behind a smooth and hazel-nutty aftertaste. ~ CHESHIRE BLUE - ENGLAND – pasteurised cows milk, vegetarian. A number of Cheshire dairies are making first class Blue cheeses which have the firm texture of Cheshire and a light veining that gives the cheese a unique flavour – gentle when young and becoming stronger as it ages. ~ GORTNAMONA - IRELAND - pasteurised goats’ milk, vegetarian. A pasturised goats milk cheese with a creamy texture. It is a camembert style cheese made using pasteurised goats’ milk. This tall, soft white cheese has a soft, mushroomy rind and a pale, creamy interior. Fully ripe Gortnamona is delicate and creamy with hints of mushroom a subtle touch of goats’ milk. The taste is sweet and rather mild.
