ONE MONTH COMPLETE!! Some of my favorite foods this side of the fence: Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Prime Rib, Broccoli, Zucchini, Red Bell Peppers, Green Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Cabbage, Fresh Green Beens, Low Carb Chicken Soup, sautéed spinach, and all kinds of nuts. (Occasional Buffalo Wild wings with mild low carb sauce, and occasional 5 Guys Lettuce Wrap) Have to live a little!! - Total loss of 35lbs. October here we come!!
