ONE YEAR DOWN!! Today is my 1 year weight loss anniversary! This day last year I started out a sumo sized, super unhealthy woman with injuries galore, who would run out of breath walking up to the dairy a little over 100 metres away and who felt like life had left her and all that was left was death. Today I feel alive, I have a few aches and pains but no serious injuries, I am fit, I can run, I have muscle tone, I can look down and see my feet, I can sit on the floor without panicking about how to get up, I no longer think I will break every chair in the room just by sitting on it and I no longer think I am ugly!
