OPEN EMERGENCY NOTICE TO APC HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA NIGERIA OFUME PRESIDENT 2015 QUESTIONS APC HEADQUARTERS FOR DELAYING CONSOLIDATION CAMPAIGNFUND AND INFRASTUCTURES TO REGIONS, STATES, DIASPORA AND LGAs APC Moscow, March 23, 2014 Over 213 countries (March 15, 2014) are ready to support APC headquarters because of Dr. Phillip C. Ofume & Associates who are human rights and civil liberty group. USA, UK, Italy, oil/gas companies and few allies are threat to APC and they are sending boastful message with claim that they are invading APC. We are human rights and hardline civil liberty group and members of All Progressive Congress (APC). We want real change in Nigeria purpose of changing Nigeria to be one of the best nations to live, succeed and survive by controlling over $400million daily revenue and make sure the daily theft of over $80million of the revenue of Nigeria is stopped and $400million and $80million are used to change Nigeria to be one of the best nations to live, succeed and survive. Because of these inevitable policies and practices in Nigeria 2015 there is an on-going panic in the USA, UK, Italy, oil/gas companies and few allies that are part of this criminal cartel and some APC leaders are afraid to identify themselves with our campaign and followed the sanction guidelines put in place by USA, UK, Italy, oil/gas companies and few allies similar to the fake and failed sanction on Russia, Iran, Venizuela, Cuba, etc. This sanction which puts our national and international campaign domiciliary account $0.00 has no impact on us because without fund and infrastructures from APC headquarters and other places we were able to mobilize Nigerians inside and outside and we have over 87% of APC members with strong physical presence(regions, states, diaspora and lgas) . Without reason other than manipulated sanction related reason, National and international friends{“donors”) advised that all support to APC members will be directed to APC Headquarters, Abuja Nigeria. APC headquarters did not advise the contrary. Restating that on before December 31, 2014 we have shown physical presence inside and outside Nigeria (regions, states, diaspora and lgas) without fund and infrastructures issued to our campaign by APC headquarters. Over 77 years experience in national democratic elections: After the physical national presence, thus purpose of consolidation of the campaign which we have perfectly completed over one year full time campaign, to achieve the finishing line, our national and international campaign committees have requested APC headquarters to send fund and infrastructures directly to our team and other few team campaigning alone in this campaign. APC headquarters is aware that PDP and its allies sponsored criminals or bandits to steal or remove the telephones and computers of our coordinators, deputy coordinators, associate regional coordinators, directors, youth leaders, women leaders, etc to force them to abandon our campaign because of the huge number of Nigerians and others joining APC including those decamping from other parties to join APC. As you can see you are one of the major frontliners of our APC campaign who mobilized nigerians and made our team to have over 87% of APC membership but we are in late March 2014 and electronic promises of the APC Hqrs persisted and all campaigns are stocked without fund and infrastructures, wasting time to all PDP, US, UK, oil/gas cos, and their allies continue to starve nigerians. On before December 31, 2014 we have shown physical presence across Nigeria (regions, states, diaspora and lgas). This mark of pretentious weakness which is created by US, Uk, oil/gas cos, etc because they brought a large amount of money with the aspiration that money and sanction will distort the mindset of APC members who are human rights, civil liberty advocate and suffered pains and hardship caused by the irate corruption and mismanagement in nigeria. We are aware of the low key influence they have exerted on APC but over 87% has edge to stay on course through the intened change. Made some of them to be afraid to identify themselves with our campaign which has now over 87% of the entire members of APC. This dubious entry into APC and past alliance by agreement, made some of these leaders to be afraid to identify themselves with our campaign.
