ORGANISING AN EVENT IS NOT AT ALL EASY! That is my experience, while organising events for EVANGELICAL CHRISTMAS; 1. Permission from Police (letters to be drafted and given to Police Headquarters) 2. Young people have to be encouraged, connected, guided for songs, music and vocals. 3. Typing the carols and songs that we shall sing. 4. Arranged the lights, sound and JBL music systems. 5. Paid all the expenses to the electrical, sound and light people. 6. Hiring chairs, printing posters, backdrops and decorations. 7. Informing people about the various timings, practice, pre-program meetings. 8. Requesting bands and asking them to coordinate and synchronise with the singers. 9. Learning and making others learn new songs. 10. Finally motivating own-self when someone says at the last moment, SORRY I AM SICK and then I know; I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
