OSC THIS WEEK!!! We have this very special Gulf Lionfish-the fillets remind me a lot of yellowtail snapper but it has a much richer flavor and more dense texture. It is sweet and light. Gorgeous fish. These guys have become an invasive species on the southeast cost and we will be working with our fish purveyor to help turn this delicious nuisance into a productive and sustainable fishery. Pretty sure you arent gonna find any Lionfish anywhere else in these parts. COME GET SOME TONIGHT!!!
