Your typical day at work: -Overall Front Desk Operations. -Meeting and assisting external customers. -Responding and delivering services against requests from internal customers within the specified time period. -Meeting/Board room upkeep and inform relevant person for any maintenance. -Checking the work ability of audio and video facilities in the board/meeting rooms. -Assisting internal customers in their daily operations and queries. -Building Operations. -Responsible to keep the lobby area and meeting rooms neat and clean at all times. -Ensure Janitorial and Horticulture conditions in the lobby represent the TP standard. -Booking of Meeting and board rooms. -Arrangements of lunch/snacks for internal meetings -External events arrangements. -Internal events Management. -Courier services and Mail handling.
