Manpower deployment & planning in shopfloor 2. Die loading as per daily production plan 3. Monitors molding activities on the shop floor 4. Verifying & preparing daily production plan with PPC team 5. Verifying online finishing productivity 6 Verifying process parameters and guides process improvement initiatives to increase productivity 7 Verify daily production performance indicator 8 Follow-up with tool room for mould rectification 9 Send the online finishing part to packing for dispatch 10 Monitoring of wastage as per BOM 11 Maintain all the documents of ts-16949/2002. 12 Verify every 4 hour production qty. As per produce qty. 13 Maintain 5s on shop floor. 14 Red bin analysis at shop floor. 15 Monitors production plan v/s achieved production along with rejections
