OUTLAW NATION!! Lets welcome the newest family member. Elisabeth Lewis comes to us from Wilmington and will be a Great addition to our Team. Join me welcoming her 21, tattooed military brat born in Canada & raised in North Carolina. Athletics and exercising have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up loving an active lifestyle from volleyball to running to cheerleading. Unfortunately when I moved on my own at 17, picked up on some bad habits of eating out and binge drinking every single day of the week. I still went to the gym though in beginning because I was a promotional model so I needed to stay in some sort of shape. I pressed the pause button on modeling and decided to rack on some weight and my bad habits significantly increased. Last year I looked in the mirror and I hated what I saw so I decided that I needed to change what I was doing. I started going back to the gym. I started to train for a bikini competition – wasn’t for me & I went to CrossFit – wasn’t for me; got depressed and gained weight. Back in May I decided that I needed to find a way to get out of my depressive state of mind so I found guidance for living a more fruitful life by practicing yoga. Yoga has helped me in various ways and I have honestly been more content with my life and I can easily maintain a genuine smile on my face. I wanted to get back into exercising and providing my body with a healthy diet because though I may be happy, my self image is still an issue; which I decided to contact Rock Harris after months of following him on Instagram and Facebook. I noticed that Rock has transformed people physically and helped many individuals strengthen their self-awareness. Team Outlaw; has molded internally and externally beautiful team that have exceeded their goal expectations. Rock agreed to help me out as long as I promised to follow through with his recommendations and seek help whenever possible. I am glad that Rock is going to be more than my personal trainer and nutritionist but he is also going to be a friend that will assist me in reaching my goals. I am excited that I get to be a part of the Outlaw family and finally put a stop to the disrespect I put myself through. My goals are simply to enhance my tattoo model career, my body, and improve my self-image. I am looking forward to the transformation that my body is about to go through throughout the year but most importantly I am looking forward to living in a healthy, balanced life. Thank you again, Rock & Team Outlaw for accepting me into the family && I cannot wait to start this new chapter in my life. xx
