OVERANALYZING We are always talking. We talk to ourselves or others. When we are talking we tend to overanalyze and create problems that we never had. We need to try to be silent internally or avoid negative thoughts. Over analyzing is a bad habit that is a part of a stress disorder. Such people lack mental peace, by thinking of not so important situations again & again. Over analyzing symptoms include nagging, racing thoughts, high stress levels & trouble while sleeping. Boredom is also an outcome of a restless mind. Ceasing the process of over analyzing can bring back mental peace & health. Over analyzers’ usually never forget negative incidents but would easily forget favors. This is because they take the negative incidents into their memory and analyze them repeatedly in their mind with added imagination. This after sometime becomes a part of their subconscious mind. After this the first thing that comes to our mind about this person is the negative incident. Some issues or incidents should be left alone and one should not ponder over it. We need to learn to forgive and forget. Mahatma Gandhi... "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong" There may be a person who is very busy and could have missed greeting the other. But an uncontrolled mind tends to analyze why he is being ignored and starts analyzing unnecessary things. We then build a bad image about the other person for no valid reason. We should learn to forget the bad things and remember even the smallest good that has been done to us. But we usually do the opposite. One should be like the sea and should not keep any desires or memories in our mind.
