ObamaCare the result of corrupt lawmakers and one Supreme Court justice by Coach Collins by George Spelvin, staff writer Why is no one in Congress pointing out the illegal way by which Harry Reid and his cohorts rammed through the very punitive Obamacare bill in the first place? Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) delivered an outstanding one hour exposition of the skullduggery these partisans used to shove this socialistic atrocity down the throats, into the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the kitchens of we ordinary US citizens. No one else has the courage to point out that Harry Reid and company rewrote out of whole cloth a unanimously passed H.Res 3509 called Sevice Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009. This bills sole purpose was to enable our Military members, especially first time home buyers, a chance to own their own homes. Reid took this very bill, renamed it The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, deleted all of its contents after the first sentence (1) and then inserted completely different content to ram this bill through the Senate, something ordinary Americans classify as being very dishonest and deceitful. Only the US House, by Constitutional edict, is allowed to initiate or originate tax imposing regulations. Gohmert went on to explain how the tax/no tax Potomac Two Step was passed without a single Republican vote, late on Christmas Eve three years ago. Whats worse is the fact that Reid-controlled senators refused to seat legally elected Senator Scott Brown from Massachusetts. Brown ran and won on the platform that he would vote against this abomination, and he had first hand knowledge because the ACAs socialistic model was imposed on his state by failed GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney. The Brown vote would have defeated socialized medicine nationwide! But still worse come observations from close followers and pundits who question the motivations of Chief Justice John Roberts who switched his NO vote to a YES vote for Obamacare at the very last minute! Justice John Roberts 14 months AGO SAVED THE LAW BY ESSENTIALLY REWRITING SOME OF ITS CORE PROVISIONS! (2) Was the Roberts switch a quid pro quo for citizenship for the Roberts children who were adopted out of Ireland, a country that does not allow Irish children to be adopted out of its own soil? By unknown means, the Roberts children came into America from a latin American Country. (3) Anecdotal stories at the time of the Bush Gore legal battle center on Roberts being so preoccupied with his sons adoption that he could not be of much help at all to the Bush team. Just consider the fact that the Roberts vote against Obamacare was so certain that the majority opinion justifying the NO voted had already been drafted and had to be rewritten at the last minute by the minority SCOTUS members because Roberts did a huge reversal. Why are House Hearings not being held on these issues? Forget about the compromised Senate doing anything for the American people. Gohmert holds out hope that the Origination Bill lawsuit now awaiting scheduling will succeed. This case is premised on Article l , Section 7, clause 1 of the US Constitution which requires any revenue raising legislation to originate in the House. (4) Because Reid completely rewrote the ACA and rammed it through his chamber, the language of the original bill is changed, and it can not bind American citizens. But the Obama strategy looks to run the clock until the Exchanges are fully implemented in January, making reversal a near impossibility. This is really why Obama and Reid refuse any negotiation with the GOP. Its all about court dates. All bills that tax the American people must originate in the House, says Rep. Trent Franks (AZ) who is spearheading this challenge with 19 other House colleagues. Beloved heart doctor Ben Carson told Value Voters this week, Obamacare is the worst thing that has happened in this nation since Slavery. (5) He concluded by adding, Vladimir Lenin, one of the fathers of socialism and communism, said that socialized medicine is the keystone to the establishment of a socialist state. The IRS earlier audited this patriotic American for his telling the people the real truth about Obamacare.
