Obamacare experience number 1: In order to learn what my options were, I had to ask questions in a manner that would give me the best answers/options possible, without asking the more blatant questions, like WTF is going on?! For some people they have been able to log in and get through the process but some people havent been as lucky. I would try and if it doesnt work, I would try back again at a later time. I currently have no employer and have been working for myself in the past couple of years. Where can I find information on what the benefits of Obamacare are for someone like me? It would depend on your age also. I cant ask for personal information as a web chat agent but a phone agent can and would be able to help with the specifics on that plan if you are interested. Even if the site isnt working correctly, youd think that there would be a much more professional response to the matter. I do believe that those that sign up will receive health care. However, I should mention that those receiving that health care will more than likely receive a similar service as to what I experienced tonight. Best of wishes to all of you.
