Obviously...one can correctly assume that it is the result of a deliberate conspiracy...due to embarrassment on the part of successive Indian government with their policy...for decades on end, to keep the presence of this group of Africans out of public focus. As can be noticed...their existence in the Indian society - dominated by Indians, is merely peripheral. But in all of their tragic encounters...while the Indian government stands guilty of their present state of marginalization, the British, as in numerous other cases elsewhere, certainly cannot be absolved of the part that they played...once more, in the genesis of such a conspiracy and crime against humanity (Africans). – Wil-a Pluck.
