Oceanteam Shipping buys remaining 30% shares of KCI As from 20 February 2014, Oceanteam Shipping has become the 100% strategic owner of KCI. Since Oceanteam became a shareholder in 2008, KCI’s activities have shown a healthy and steady growth which has supplied a good workload to the team of over 150 highly qualified engineers. KCI will continue to function as an independent engineering company under its own name and will continue to provide engineering services to the oil & gas, complex structures and renewables industry. The change in ownership will open the door to new opportunities at KCI. The management and board of directors are confident that this change will give KCI a new impulse.
