Of all the bizarre things that people do to animals - here is one such :( Some obviously unsound person had tied a string - tightly - around the neck of this poor dog that was reported to us, and brought in by the ambulance on 12th April, from Sector 4, Noida. The string had cut deep and painful, into his neck :( He was terrified, shrinking away, and in distress and pain, then. The first four pictures were taken on the day he came - three of the dog, and one of the string that was removed. The last two pictures were taken recently. The wound has healed well, and he is almost ready for release.
