Of course, smokers should be conscious of who they are smoking around. Of course, there should be designated smoking sections separated from people who dont wish to smoke. I am very conscious of where I smoke and whos around. Of course. But maybe if you sit right next to the only smoker on the ferry deck, with 200 other seats open when theyre already smoking, and then complain and ask them to move, youre a bit of a dick.
