Of the many burning questions I have: Where are the voices of associations and organizations that service and support special needs children? If the business sector can make application to the Supreme Court as a vested interest group could these groups not do so as well? Teachers are fighting for these children, are the special needs groups fighting an advocating as well? If a class action lawsuit is cost prohibitive could individual parents take the government to small claims court to recoup expenses incurred because of the tearing up of the teachers contract?
