If you: Want to work in the well-known organization Want to develop your language skills Want to cooperate in the international and dynamic environment… …apply for the position of: AML Analyst Key responsibilities: • Analysing alerts and investigating transactional activities to detect any suspicions of money laundering or terrorist financing activity • Conducting searches, gathering data and recording evidence from Citi internal systems, the internet, commercial databases and enquiry with business or Compliance contacts within Citi • Accumulating facts from investigations to be utilized in presentation to Senior Management and Compliance • Conducting enhanced due diligence investigations in support of policies and procedures • Creating / Maintaining cases • Reporting unusual client activities which might relate to money laundering or terrorist financing • Conducting alert investigation using global standard policies, procedures and tools, aimed at meeting internal and external regulatory requirements • Operating within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards • Applying or adapting knowledge (obtained from training) of any imposed sanctions(s) or laws/regulation(s) to the task at hand • Building and applying knowledge of money laundering processes We are looking for ambitious Candidates who meet the below requirements: • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English • 6 months of research/analysis experience as an asset • Experience in banking operations or compliance will be advantageous • Banking / Finance / Business background • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis of raw data based on policy and work instructions • Proficiency in Internet & commercial database searches • Computer Literacy - Proficiency in Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.) • Detail orientation and very good analytical skills • Courtesy and ability to organize one’s work • Ability to make a decision, determination We offer: • Challenging experiences in a dynamic and well-known organization • Possibility to gain unique expertise in AML field • Possibility to practice the second languages such as: Hungarian, Czech, Greek, Spanish or Arabic • Experience at work in a multicultural environment • Non-wage benefits: Multisport card, access to private medical care (LIM, LUX MED) and the third pillar Work location: Warsaw Candidates interested in this job position are asked to apply via e-mail on: KTÓRY UDOSTĘPNIA BIURO KARIER UwB
