Off to Singapore tomorrow to perform TORQUE for the Singapore GP Official Page (Formula 1 Grand Prix) with the Strut & Fret Production House crew. The only thing on my mind at the moment however is something I have been obsessing about since I saw this episode of Anthony Bourdain: A Cooks Tour... THE FOOD! Nasi Lemak, Rendang, Chicken Rice, Biryani, Paratha. Chinese, Malay and Indian influences etc...Heaven! I will be keeping you abreast of my gastronomic adventures.
