Off we go today to Deans last baseball tournament of the year. I cant believe what a year it has been. Truly proud of my baby and how he has handled himself this year. Although 5 inches of growth and some packed on muscle has certainly not hurt him, I am just not talking about how he has played (although what a break out year for him its been), but as a young person becoming a man. His work ethic has been like no other. His emotional maturity in handling difficult situations has equally impressed me. In his 13th year, which really scared me, Deano has truly stepped up to the plate. I cannot WAIT to see what is in store for this kid coming up. Thanks to RISE for all of the nurturing and coaching and thanks to a fantastic set of kids to set the tone. Thanks for letting me brag.
