Officer Jim Short deserves a medal for taking down a knife wielding repeat offender with a leg shot when he could have taken a head or body shot and killed the guy and it would have been truly a justifiable kill unlike the thousand of others that cops have murdered. Now if only all the other cops who murder innocent people, unarmed people, children, disabled individuals, homeless, and shoppers carry a toy gun could learn how to act like a real police officer and be as brave, considerate and humane as Officer Short...the world would be a better place. (y) Especially all the cops who shoot the people in the back while theyre fleeing or dont even see the officer. God bless you sir.
