Officially done with accutane this week! The 8 months of medication and 9 months of doctors appointments and lab work was worth it!! I have never had clear skin like I do today. To all of you out there afraid to try this medication....dont be!! It will change your life and your self esteem for the better!!! Dont wait another day because clear skin is possible....you just have to be persistent and work with professionals. The over the counter stuff doesnt work for everyone so dont be discouraged!!! Be empowered and never give up! Im so thankful for my dermatologist....she listened to me and believed me when I said I have tried EVERYTHING except for accutane and thats what I want....I wont try any more ointments, creams, etc....give me accutane! And that she did! Thank you Dr. Stueder and Heartland Dermatology! You all rock!! Holding my head high today and feeling like a 26 year old woman instead of a teen!! Thank you sooo much for that!!
