Ogoun campaign Organization(OCO) is a unique socio-political organization with the soul aim of identifying with our most credibly candidate and garner support for his election . top on our agenda is for the election of Capt Paul Mandela Ogoun into the the Bayelsa State House Of Assembly come 2015. VISION: For Ekeremor constituency( III) to take her rightful place in the restoration agenda of Mr Governor of Bayelsa State. and the President of the federal Republic of Nigeria . OCO Advocates for a total support for Capt Paul Mandela Ogoun as a credibly, articulated ,and dynamic candidate for this elective post come 2015. MISSION: We as a body have resolved to bond together and use all the resources within our disposal to vote our principal Capt Paul Mandela Ogoun as a member representing Ekeremor Constituency III in the Bayelsa state house of assembly come 2015. in God we truest. STRATEGIES: House to house campaign by youths and student wing. Advocacy for equity, fairness and justice on why Ogoun should be in the BYHA. Sensitization of electorates on the need to cast valid votes .remember your vote is your strength PROJECT 2015: Consultations and dialogues with Traditional leaders, Elders, Opinion Leaders,youths as well as Women leaders throughout the constituency constructive engagement of the public/youth parliament, Civil societies etc for a wider reach and robust discussions.
