Oh My Look at these PiCs!!! Kathy is rocking the pink drink!! My life seems to be split into two phases. Before plexus and after plexus I started my plexus journey in april of 2014. 200+ pounds, and climbing! I NEVER put one make up, i had no energy, and depression, pain, and anxiety were running my life! I now weigh in below 180, wearing a size 12 pants (before my size 16 pants were uncomfortably tight) i wear make up everyday! I cook my son breakfast every morning, and dinner several times a week. My dishes are getting done on a regular basis, something i never had the energy for before! Oh, and my depression , anxiety and pain are under control ! I make better food choices. Rarely have soda, or sweet tea! I feel 10 yrs younger! Im happier and healthier!
