Oh gawd public service announcement...if you use or rather overuse photoshop it is noticeable. Believe me I understand the desire to make people look better than they really do but for cripes sake cmon how about some realism some natural beauty. Is it really necessary to whiten a brand new babies eyes or brighten their irises? It removes some of their natural, innocence. Ever hear of catching the light? Plucking a zit here or there on a teenager isnt a bad thing but scrubbing their face with PS gives a grapefruit effect at the worst and a waxy look at best. Are we such a joke of a society, So vain, that we cant take looking at images of ourselves that actually depict what we really look like? Ridiculous! Clients might be fooled but their friends and family viewing these pictures are not! Neither are other photographers. This is a national trend not just a local thing and it is epidemic. Says a lot about our society. Humans are flawed, the flaws are beautiful, they make us unique. Flaws are natural and real. Honest. I wish the trends would swing back to natural but til they do Ima keep doin me. Rant over carry on...
