Oh, gee...isnt Ezra Klein so smart!!! I mean, he does wear those horn-rimmed glasses so he must be smart. Hes so smarty-smarty-smart-smart that he creates a website whose mission statement is to explain the news to us dummies so that we can discontinue thinking and be properly indoctrinated in liberal dogma. Hes soooooo smart that he apparently needs someone to explain to him the difference between grammar and vocabulary. Hes so busy explaining things to us that he cant bother with the actual meaning of words (i.e. vocabulary) rather than conjugation and sentence structure (i.e. grammar). Of course, hes sooooooo smart that he doesnt realize that he is advocating that the judges rule using the legal perspective called Originalism which is espoused by the evil SCOTUS justice Scalia. (***sarcasm off***). Sorry Ezra, words have meaning. But you apparently lack that perspective given your difficulty understanding the difference between grammar and vocabulary. I agree with the conclusion. But only because judicial oversight in this country has degraded into nothing but partisanship in black robes, not because there is any intelligence in the argument.
