Oh god. See now, airplanes dont kill people and guns dont kill people and cars dont kill people. But we stand in line for hours at the DMV for whatever registration whim we may encounter and we deal with the hilarious TSA rituals before boarding every flight and yet people wont pass a law saying gun shows cant permit sales without background checks. For every old lady whose pumps are NOT explosives, we could have stopped 500 straw gun sales to criminals. Just saying. I know the rhetoric. Blah blah criminals will still find a way to get guns. Then let me just propose that AIRPLANE HIJACKERS will still find a way to hijack airplanes and yet here we are....
