Oh gosh that is so true My poor little dog Buddy loved me so much. About a month ago I went in the backyard and I didnt see him I called his name&he didnt come. I didnt think that much about it. I went out to the yard several hours later same thing but then for some reason I walked over towards my rosebushes and found him lying there on a pile of thorns. He wagged his tail for me& when I hurried away to get some blankets so I could take him to vet he tried to stand up& follow me but he couldnt. It was obvious that something coyote or big dog had gotten ahold of him. He managed somehow to make it back into the yard from where ever he got out at. I thought he died on me couple times on way to Selma But he made it there on my lap wagging his tail when Id say his name. He didnt whimper or cry _UNTIL I left him at vet. When I walked out of room he started whining & whimpering. I felt so bad but I had to go to work. I called from work to check on him&they told me he was hanging in there but they didnt know if he would make it. I dont get off til 2am so I couldnt check on him until morning. he didnt make it & i felt so bad knowing that he died alone. I went picked him up from vet & buried him in the backyard. Poor little guy that was the least I could do for him.
